SIRA is an Abu Dhabi venture studio working where AI, cryptography, quantum computing and spatial intelligence meet. We develop original research around specific applications, technical evidence and customer needs.
Our Starting Point
A Defined Role
in Building the Business.
Our ventures begin with internally conceived technologies, principally from RAM LABS. SIRA, a Zhyra Holding company, organises the work that turns those propositions into businesses.
That work includes choosing an application, defining the product, understanding the customer, assembling leadership and planning company formation. Each venture needs a development plan that connects its technical requirements to a viable market.
Founders join to lead a particular venture. SIRA coordinates the studio contribution; venture leadership takes responsibility for the product, team, customers and operating decisions. The role and resources are agreed for that company.

SIRA works at that point. We develop the technical proof and customer case together, so a founding team can shape the business while the important choices are still open.
Abu Dhabi is our base. The intended market follows the application: computation, energy, food production, health, manufacturing or space. We assess each technology against the conditions in which customers would actually use it.

The studio connects four parts of company development. The scope, owner and required resources are defined for each venture.
- Application & Customer Case. Connect the proposition to an intended user, an operating problem and the alternatives a customer already has.
- Development Coordination. Define the critical work packages, evidence requirements and decision points, then identify who should carry out and review the work.
- Company & Leadership. Develop the organisational plan and leadership requirements alongside intellectual-property, corporate and operating arrangements.
